• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No Return Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and food consumption regulations:
• We do not accept returns of any products once delivered.
• All food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Returns will not be accepted for taste preferences or change of mind.
This policy ensures safety and quality standards for all our customers.
No Refund After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped:
• It cannot be cancelled.
• It cannot be returned.
• It is not eligible for a refund.
Please ensure that your shipping details and order selection are correct before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exception Case)
We only provide a replacement (not refund) if:
• The product received is damaged during transit, OR
• You receive a wrong item.
To be eligible:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
Refused or Undelivered Orders
If an order is refused at delivery or fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer:
• The order will not be eligible for refund.
• Re-shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
